Important Facts, Rules & Set Up

 (it is very important to read below)

We want your Game Show Experience to be fun and stress free, so read these few guidelines now and you will know EXACTLY what to expect!

1. Guests will be allowed in the lobby NO MORE THAN 5-10 min prior to start time.  Our staff needs time to clean and disinfect the studio between each group. Once you enter your guests will sign waivers, and get name tags, and be given a few minutes to take photo booth pictures and grab a prop or hat to wear in the game room.
   
2. All players MUST fill out a digital waiver on their personal cell phone when they arrive. 
3. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the studio at any time, for any reason.
4. Outside drinks like soda & water are NOT permitted, but Beer & Wine can be brought in if you have added the Beer & Wine option, (BYOB is included at no charge with ANY FLAT RATE or 2.5 HOUR or longer package). 
   
5. Hard liquor is not allowed at any time, for any reason with any package.
   
6. Coolers of ANY KIND are not permitted but we will instead supply you with a large rolling cooler.
7. The studio has loud sounds, and flashing lights.
8. The studio is kept at 70 degrees.
9. Adult crowds will have games that include adult subject matter & language,  and anyone requesting a PG rating should let their producer know at least 3 hours before they arrive. 
10. Groups with less than the minimum of required players for their package will result in shorter playing times.   Groups with less than 8 players will unfortunately be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
11. Final balance is due in one total amount.  At most, balances can be split into a maximum of 2 EQUAL PAYMENT AMOUNTS.          We are not able to split your balance between all players. 
12. We will take photos for your group.  Tell your guests to wear fun, bright colors; and we encourage matching outfits, costumes etc.   The two team colors are BLUE and GREEN.
13. ALL TIPS/GRATUITIES are split evenly among your event staff and our writing team, and are greatly appreciated!
    

*** FLAT RATE PACKAGES

Cheese platters, cold snacks, sandwiches & desserts are allowed to be brought in for flat rate or 2+ hour packages.

Please limit your food items to finger foods, snacks. The only HOT food permitted is pizza.   

We now sell CHARCUTERIE BOARDS! Must pre-order; ask your producer for details.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND players will not have time to eat during game play, and with that in mind please limit the amount of food and drinks that you bring.

***************  WATER, SODA, SNAPPLE, VITAMIN WATER, SELTZER & CANDY and  any other ITEMS WE SELL ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT IN.

After your visit.....

LBC will give you 10% off food and drinks for your entire party if you go there with in 3 hours prior to your Game Show reservation, or if you head there after your game Show Experience.  They have great food and a great crowd any night of the week!
