Important Facts, Rules & Set Up
(it is very important to read below)
We want your Game Show Experience to be fun and stress free, so read these few guidelines now and you will know EXACTLY what to expect, and how to prepare your guests.
PLEASE INFORM ALL GUESTS --- All players MUST fill out a digital waiver
on their
personal cell phone when they arrive. Two players CANNOT use the same phone.
This is required by the state of Florida & our insurance company and we are required to adhere to their guidelines. We cannot override this rule for any reason.
- Guests will be allowed in the lobby NO MORE THAN 5-10 min prior to start time. Our staff needs time to clean and disinfect the studio between each group.
- Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the studio at any time, for any reason.
- Outside drinks like soda & water are NOT permitted, but Beer & Wine can be brought
in if you have added the Beer & Wine option, (BYOB is included at no charge with ANY FLAT RATE or 2.5 HOUR or longer package).
- Hard liquor is not allowed at any time, for any reason with any package.
- Coolers of ANY KIND are not permitted but we will instead supply you with a large rolling cooler.
- The studio has loud sounds, and flashing lights.
- The studio is kept at 70 degrees.
- Adult crowds will have games that include adult subject matter & language, and anyone requesting a PG rating should let their producer know PRIOR to the event date.
- Groups with less than the minimum of required players for their package will result in shorter playing times. Groups with less than 8 players will unfortunately be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
- Final balance is due in one total amount. At most, balances can be split into a maximum of 2 EQUAL PAYMENT AMOUNTS. We are not able to split your balance between all players.
- We will take photos for your group, which are sent to the host's cellphone after your experience
- We recommend guests wear fun, bright colors; and we encourage matching outfits, costumes etc. The two team colors are BLUE and GREEN
- ALL TIPS/GRATUITIES are absolutely appreciated and are split evenly among your event staff and our writing team, and are greatly appreciated!
BRINGING IN Beer, Wine & Seltzers,... (can be added to hourly package, included in flat rate packages)
No hard alcohol is allowed. We will supply you with cups, ice & coolers.
There is a SHELL GAS STATION located in our parking lot that has a wide selection of beer & wine.
BRINGING IN Food...... (flat rate packages only)
Cheese platters, cold snacks, sandwiches & desserts are allowed to be brought in for flat rate or 2+ hour packages.
The ONLY HOT FOOD permitted is pizza. (please NO garlic knots, due to the smell)
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND players will not have time to eat during game play, and with that in mind please limit the amount of food and drinks that you bring.
We recommend food from:
Pipers Craft Pizza Kitchen of Palm Harbor. - They have amazing pizza, especially their hot-honey & cupped pepperoni.
They also offer a 10% discount to our guests; ask your producer for the current promo code.
Firehouse Subs, Tarpon Springs.
- They are located just up the block from us and make great sandwich and wrap platters.
After your visit.....
LBC Palm Harbor will give you 10% off food and drinks for your entire party if you go there before or after your game Show Experience. (must keep your name tags on until you arrive there)
